What AppLaunchpad does well

AppLaunchpad is a drag-and-drop editor built for both stores. Pro gives you more than 1,000 templates, over 700 fonts, 10,000+ graphics, brand asset management and a separate mockup generator. It keeps up with new devices (its pricing page lists iPhone 18, iPhone Duo and iPad Pro) and scales a finished design to every App Store and Google Play size automatically.

Where it's the better pick:

  • You ship on Android too. AppLaunchpad covers Google Play phones and tablets. Agent C is App Store only.
  • You need translations. Pro includes an AI translator for localized screenshots. Agent C doesn't localize yet.
  • You like designing every frame. A large template library and a free-form editor give you full control.
  • You make lots of sets. At $10/month billed annually, a team shipping many apps every month can come out ahead of paying per set.

Where Agent C is different

Agent C isn't a template editor. You upload 6 to 10 raw screenshots of your app, choose how the set opens (your screen in a hand, your app icon with feature tags, a lifestyle photo, or a plain phone), and Claude designs the whole set in about a second: the slide order, one claim headline per slide written from what's actually on your screens, magnified close-ups of the UI that proves each claim, and colors pulled from your app. You get designer layouts, 3D tilt and backdrops without dragging anything. Quick Edit changes any headline, screenshot or layout from a simple panel.

  • Pay per set, not per month. Designing is free. You pay $9.99 when you want a finished set you'll actually ship. If you update screenshots a few times a year, that's usually cheaper than a subscription. Studio ($29.99/month or $199/year) unlocks every set plus the full canvas editor.
  • Straight into App Store Connect. Connect your App Store Connect API key once and Send to ASC puts the finished set into your app's draft version at the right sizes. It never submits for review. How the upload works.
  • Works from your coding agent. Agent C runs a hosted MCP server, so Claude Code, Cursor or Codex can upload your screenshots, have the set designed and send it to App Store Connect from one sentence. See how the MCP options compare.

Price, side by side

AppLaunchpad's free plan includes 10 templates and limited exports. Pro is $15/month, or $10/month billed annually (about $120 a year), with unlimited exports and up to 100 projects.

Agent C has no subscription unless you want one. A developer who refreshes screenshots for one app three times a year would pay $29.97 at $9.99 per set. Someone running many apps who redesigns constantly is better served by AppLaunchpad Pro or Agent C Studio.

Which should you use?

  • Android and iOS, many languages, full manual control: AppLaunchpad.
  • iOS, want it designed for you, pay only when you ship: Agent C.
  • You work through Claude Code, Cursor or Codex: Agent C, through its MCP server.
