Acceptable Use & License

This Acceptable Use Policy and end-user license (“AUP”) supplements our Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses The Agent C (the “Service”). Capitalized terms have the meanings given in the Terms.

1. License to use the Service

Subject to your compliance with the Terms and this AUP and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own app-marketing purposes. You may use the Output you generate for lawful commercial purposes, including in your own paid advertising and App Store / Play Store listings, consistent with the Terms (including the AI limitations in Section 5 of the Terms). We reserve all rights not expressly granted.

2. Prohibited uses

You may not use the Service to:

• generate, upload, or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or deceptive;
• impersonate another app, company, or person, or create assets for an app or listing you do not own or are not authorized to market;
• make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims, or produce content that violates the policies of Apple, Google, Meta, TikTok, Reddit, or any ad or app platform;
• generate sexual content involving minors, content that facilitates violence, self-harm, or illegal activity, or content that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights;
• upload screen captures or brand materials you do not have the right to use;
• reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or attempt to extract the Service’s source, models, or prompts; resell or sublicense access; or build a competing product from the Service;
• circumvent or probe rate limits, credit metering, authentication, or security; introduce malware; or place an unreasonable load on the Service;
• use the Service in violation of any applicable law, export control, or sanctions.

3. Your responsibility for Output

Output is generated by third-party AI models and is provided without warranty. You are responsible for reviewing every asset before you use it and for ensuring it is accurate, non-infringing, and compliant with the policies of the platforms where you publish it. We do not submit anything to your App Store Connect, Play Console, or ad accounts on your behalf — you download and publish Output yourself.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or limit features to protect the Service, our users, or third parties. Serious violations may be reported to the appropriate authorities or platforms.
